Arjen ’t Hoen studied econometrics at VU University Amsterdam. He has held various advisory and management positions at the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment. His specialism is the relation between knowledge and policy development. As deputy director he is responsible for the operational management of KiM (including HRM and finance). He manages the ‘Mobility Accessibility and Spatial Planning’ and ‘Sustainable Mobility, Safety and Transition’ core themes.
