Pauline Wortelboer is a transport and business economist and studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Pauline has been a consultant and project manager in the field of transport economic research since 1995, first at the Netherlands Economic Institute (now Ecorys) and later at Rijkswaterstaat Water, Traffic and Environment (RWS-WVL). She has considerable experience with the development and application of economic assessment frameworks for mobility policy, particularly social cost-benefit analysis. Pauline manages the ‘Social Importance, Role of Government and Market Organisation’ and ‘Policy Evaluations and Assessment Frameworks’ core themes.
