OEI reports (Dutch)
For a number of years the OEI methodology has been used to support policy decisions about infrastructure projects. An OEI (Overview Effects Infrastructure) serves as a guideline for drafting an overview of the social effects of an infrastructure project for all of the Netherlands. Whenever possible, these effects are expressed in monetary terms, conforming to the methodology of the cost-benefit analysis (CBA).

In the OEI report series, we answer specific questions pertaining to the methodology of cost-benefit analyses based on OEI. The series is intended for people who set up and evaluate SCBAs. In section 1 we explore the ways in which benefits can be calculated after the year 2020. Section 2 examines how excise taxes can be expressed in CBAs. The other sections will follow as the situation merits.
