The long-distance bus is unfamiliar to a portion of the Dutch population and suffers from a negative image. However, if awareness can be raised and perceptions of comfort and travel time improved, this bus could play a larger role in travel to and from the Netherlands. This is the conclusion of researchers from the Netherlands Institute for Transport Policy Analysis (KiM) in the publication 'Another one rides the bus!'.
