Ewout ter Hoeven

Ewout ter Hoeven studied Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management (BSc) and Engineering and Policy Analysis (MSc) at TU Delft, specialising in mobility and transport and decision-making under uncertainty. In his master's research, he investigated how the introduction of autonomous vehicles could influence urban travel behaviour and which policy interventions might be effective. Since March 2025, he has been working at KiM, where his research includes the impact of autonomous vehicles on the mobility system. He is also actively involved in open-source software projects for research and modelling.
