Factsheet on developments in aviation (Dutch)
The economic recession has had a worldwide impact on the aviation sector. In 2008 and 2009, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol also experienced a steep decline in passenger volumes, freight volumes and flight movements. By late 2009 however the first signs of recovery were apparent.
