Urban distribution with cargo bikes and other LEFVs

Electric cargo bikes and other light electric freight vehicles (LEFVs) are becoming increasingly common on Dutch roads. It is expected that their numbers will increase the coming years. However, not all diesel-powered delivery vans will be replaced by LEFVs. For example, some business owners are more likely to opt for an electric delivery van. This emerges from the study ‘Urban distribution with cargo bikes and other LEFVs. An Initial study’ conducted by the Netherlands Institute for Transport Policy Analysis (KiM).
